## Summary

Nintendo has released Version 4.1.0 of its Nintendo Today! mobile app, a minor update that follows the recent addition of a Fire Emblem theme. The update improves theme customisation and ties in with the upcoming Gamescom event, giving users a couple of small but welcome new options rather than any major overhaul.

The headline addition lets users select multiple themes at once, with one chosen at random to display each day, alongside unspecified bug fixes to improve usability. The app has also gained an in-person Gamescom feature allowing attendees to hunt for hidden Pikmin at the venue, ahead of the event's Opening Night Live on 25th August 2026 and its run through to 30th August.
