Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris has launched his own junior team and driver development programme, funded with his own money, aimed at helping young racers follow his path into F1. The McLaren driver unveiled LN4 Fusion near Monza ahead of the Italian Grand Prix, saying he wants to give back to motorsport by supporting talented drivers who may lack the financial backing he had early in his career.

LN4 Fusion will be run by Rene Rosin, former boss of leading junior outfit Prema, and will field teams in the Italian F4 Championship, FIA Formula Regional European Championship and FIA Formula 3 Championship from 2027, with an F2 entry also being pursued. Alongside it, Norris is establishing the LN4 Legacy Programme, a fully funded scheme for young drivers led by Julian Rouse, formerly of Alpine's junior programme. Norris, 26, will retain overall control but has handed day-to-day running to his leadership team; he is co-owner alongside investor Dan Richards, with headquarters in Veneto, Italy, and a UK arm in Cambridgeshire led by Dan Hazlewood.
