## Key points

- Curry Barker has floated a collaboration with Nathan Fielder.
- Barker praised Fielder’s three-hour film about Elizabeth Holmes.
- Barker’s next film is due on 7 May 2027.

## Summary

Curry Barker, director of “Obsession”, praised Nathan Fielder’s “You Can See Everything” and said he had already suggested the pair work together. He described the film as fresh and difficult to categorise, and said its mix of documentary and narrative storytelling has prompted discussion about what draws younger audiences to cinemas.

Barker said he went into the three-hour film knowing little about Elizabeth Holmes’ story and wished it had been longer. Both films are receiving awards-season attention, giving Barker further chances to meet Fielder; Barker also recalled freezing when he met Emma Watson. His next film, “Anything But Ghosts”, is due for release on 7 May 2027, and Seth Rogen has said it is even better than “Obsession”.
