## Summary

King George I honours supporters of England’s victory in the Jacobite Uprising, while Captain Lord Gerard Grey arrives at Leoch to arrest Colum and Dougal MacKenzie. Ellen negotiates with Gerard to save the brothers, using her ownership of Leoch to secure terms that would reshape control of the clan and its lands.

The episode also develops several personal conflicts: Brian tells Murtagh that Simon caused Ellen to lose their child, while Murtagh declares his love for Grace. Julia reveals to Henry that she could time travel only while carrying William and asks him to take the boy back to Claire; at Sandringham’s gathering, Lord Lovat pursues Margaret as Julia and Henry arrange a private meeting.
