The case, which centred on allegations he inappropriately touched young female students during swimming lessons in 2018 and 2019, drew intense public scrutiny throughout, with his parents James and Janine standing by him at every court appearance.

Daniels, now 27, faced 10 charges and further allegations from nine girls before being acquitted and having remaining charges dropped; he has since moved away from Sydney's Northern Beaches to work in recruitment in Queensland.
