A 27-year-old man, Jessie Lee Hardy, was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated sexual assault inflicting actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, taking a person with intent to commit a serious indictable offence, and stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear of physical harm. Police executed a search warrant at a Padstow property, seizing several items for forensic examination. Hardy was refused bail and is due to appear at Bankstown Local Court.
