## Summary

Two men are standing trial over allegations that they raped and sexually assaulted an autistic 14-year-old girl on a London-bound train in February. The case centres on the girl’s account of being unable to refuse, and on CCTV footage shown to jurors.

Baryalai Rahimi, 25, and Mirebadurahman Sadat, 29, deny 20 charges, including sexual activity with a child. Prosecutors say they followed the teenager from a station in rural Kent; jurors heard allegations that Rahimi raped her three times and Sadat assaulted her twice. Giving evidence, Rahimi said she appeared happy and initiated contact, while the girl told police she had not consented and was afraid to say no.
