- A third expansion is planned for 2027.

## Summary

Pokémon Pokopia’s second paid expansion, Dazzling Decorations, will launch on 9 December, adding new Pokémon, items and accessories. The announcement also confirms a third expansion is planned for 2027, extending support for the successful Switch 2 game.

Screenshots suggest Dazzling Decorations focuses on cosmetic choices for players and befriended Pokémon, while the expansion will also open new towns to explore. Nintendo has not said how many Pokémon it will add; the previous expansion, Bubbly Basin, introduced 50. A free version 3.0.0 update is expected on the same day, and Pokopia had sold five million copies in five months.
