Clint Eastwood's "Dollars trilogy" — A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly — is now available to stream in full on Prime Video, a boost for fans of the Spaghetti Western classics that Quentin Tarantino has long called his favourite film series. The news comes as anticipation builds for Tarantino's own return to the big screen, with his script for The Adventures of Cliff Booth, a sequel to Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, due for a two-week IMAX exclusive from 25 November before streaming on Netflix around Christmas.

The trilogy, directed by Sergio Leone and released between 1964 and 1966, has been repeatedly praised by Tarantino, who has called it "the only trilogy that truly works." The first two instalments are also available for free on Pluto TV, but Prime Video now hosts all three films together. Tarantino wrote but is not directing The Adventures of Cliff Booth, starring Brad Pitt, with David Fincher taking the helm instead.
