Prince Of Darkness Coming To Halloween Horror Nights At Universal Hollywood & Universal Orlando

Deadline · 4 hours ago

Universal Studios has announced an Ozzy Osbourne-themed haunted house, titled "Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness," will feature at this year's Halloween Horror Nights events at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort. The attraction pays tribute to the late Black Sabbath frontman, who died earlier this year, and marks the latest collaboration between Universal and the Osbourne family following an earlier partnership with Ozzy himself.

Described as taking guests on a journey through Osbourne's life, the haunted house begins near his birthplace of Birmingham, England, and moves through depictions of his childhood in the "Osbourne Asylum," inspired by his album Diary of a Madman, before progressing through various personas including Madman Ozzy, Werewolf Ozzy and the Prince of Darkness. The experience draws on all 13 of his solo albums, with music from records including The Blizzard of Ozz, Bark at the Moon, No More Tears, Scream and Ordinary Man providing the soundtrack. Sharon and Jack Osbourne issued a joint statement calling it a fitting tribute, while Universal executives said the house was designed to authentically capture his creativity, including hidden Easter eggs. Universal has also confirmed a separate Sinners-themed haunted house for the same event, developed with filmmakers Ryan Coogler, Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian.

  • Universal to open Ozzy Osbourne haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 2026.
  • Attraction spans his life story and all 13 solo albums.
  • Osbourne family collaborated on the tribute; separate Sinners house also announced.
