## Key points

- Catherine made a private visit to a mental health charity in Kew.
- Dose of Nature supports wellbeing through psychology and connection with nature.
- The article’s contrast between the royal couples is opinion, not substantiated reporting.

## Summary

The article contrasts the Prince and Princess of Wales’s public work with a recent visit by Prince Harry and Meghan to Nottingham, arguing that Catherine’s approach is more private and focused on others. It says her unpublicised visit to a mental health charity reflects a genuine interest in its work, while portraying the Sussexes’ visit as an effort to maintain their public profiles.

Catherine visited Dose of Nature, a Kew-based organisation that uses clinical psychology and connection with nature to support wellbeing. She spoke with Tom, a former participant who now works with the charity as a Nature Guide, and said nature had also been healing for her. The piece is an opinion article: it offers no evidence for its claims about the couples’ motives and includes critical, personal judgements about Harry and Meghan.
