## Key points

- Protomartyr announce autumn North American and European tour dates.
- Accessory and J.R.C.G. support most US and Canada shows.
- Still no follow-up to 2023's Formal Growth in the Desert.

## Summary

Protomartyr, the Detroit post-punk band, have announced a run of live dates across North America and Europe, beginning in autumn 2025 and continuing into early 2026. The tour matters chiefly for fans awaiting new activity from the group, whose most recent album, Formal Growth in the Desert, arrived in 2023, with no follow-up yet confirmed.

The North American leg opens on 19 October in Phoenix and runs through a homecoming show at Detroit's Majestic on 4 December, with support largely provided by Accessory and J.R.C.G. Two dates differ: the Detroit show has support still to be confirmed, while the Austin date at the Far Out Lounge features the Jesus and Mary Chain. The European leg begins on 11 February in Leeds and takes in cities including Glasgow, Manchester, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague, though European support acts have yet to be announced.
