Queens Of The Stone Age have set up a 24-hour telephone hotline for fans, friends and detractors to phone in and air any complaints, however small. The band launched the service on Wednesday 5 August, describing it as a place where callers can vent "gripes and grievances, moans and groans" without judgement, with each call reportedly reviewed personally and answered by "a live ear at the other end of the line".

The stunt follows the band's return with new single "Easy Street", their first release since 2023's "In Times New Roman…", which was previewed live during last autumn's Catacombs tour. Queens Of The Stone Age have since supported System Of A Down across UK and European stadiums and are now opening for Foo Fighters on the North American leg of their Take Cover tour, ahead of their first Icelandic show since 2005 this October.
