## Summary

Hicksville Trailer Palace, an adults-only vintage trailer motel in the Joshua Tree area, will close permanently at the end of June 2027 after 16 years. The owners said the decision is bittersweet and that they will focus their time on the sister property, Hicksville Pines in Idyllwild.

The motel has 11 individually themed trailers, including a circus-inspired trailer and one with an alien and sci-fi design. Existing reservations will be honoured through the final day, and guests can still book before it closes. The business says Trailer Palace gift cards will continue to be accepted at its Idyllwild location.
