## Key points

- Radiohead confirm 21 shows in Australia and Japan for May-June 2027
- Follows 2025 reunion tour's 20 UK/Europe dates, including record O2 run
- Tickets registration-only, capped at four per fan, to deter scalpers

## Summary

Radiohead have confirmed 21 residency-style shows across Australia and Japan for spring 2027, their first announced live dates outside the UK and Europe since reuniting. The run follows guitarist Ed O'Brien's earlier pledge that the band would tour a different continent each year, capped at 20 shows, after their 2025 reunion run saw them play 20 arena dates across five UK and European cities, including a record-breaking four nights at London's O2 that surpassed Metallica's attendance mark there.

The 2027 dates run from 3 May to 13 June, comprising four nights at Perth's RAC Arena, six at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena, six at Sydney's Afterpay Arena and five closing shows at GMO Arena Saitama in Japan. Tickets are available only to fans who register via Radiohead's official website, with a four-ticket limit per registration to curb bots and scalpers, while fans continue to speculate about a possible Tokyo date after the band appeared in teasers at this year's Summer Sonic festival. O'Brien has since tempered expectations of a fixed "20 shows a year" formula, calling the songs emotionally draining to perform, and said the band have not discussed making a new album.
