## Key points

- Reddit is adding Following and For You homepage feeds.
- For You combines followed communities with tailored recommendations.
- Old Reddit remains available, but access may be limited.

## Summary

Reddit is introducing a redesigned homepage with separate Following and For You feeds. Following shows posts from subreddits a user follows, while For You mixes those posts with recommendations based on their interests, signalling a shift towards more personalised discovery.

The feeds are already appearing for some users, and Reddit describes them as a first step towards helping people find relevant ideas and communities. The change follows the planned deprecation of r/all; users seeking the older homepage and its sorting options can still use Old Reddit, though access may be reduced for people who have not used it recently.
