## Key points

- Oxford tutor Matt Rattley’s classroom clothing prompted complaints.
- A judge refused to block reporting about an unnamed celebrity.
- The celebrity denies the allegations and may appeal by Monday.

## Summary

The article criticises Oxford biochemistry tutor Matt Rattley for teaching while wearing large prosthetic breasts and, on one reported occasion, a miniskirt with underwear visible. It says former students and an academic raised concerns that his clothing made them feel uncomfortable, while Oxford responded that it aims to be inclusive and welcoming. The piece then turns to a separate High Court case over whether news organisations can identify a celebrity accused of sexual misconduct.

ITN and The Guardian say they have interviewed more than 100 people and believe allegations that the unnamed celebrity abused his power over an extended period are in the public interest; he denies them. The judge refused an injunction, finding that NHS psychiatric services could protect the man without preventing publication, and cited the wider implications for press freedom. He has until Monday to decide whether to appeal.
