The Norway spruce is about 75 years old, stands 76 feet tall and measures 50 feet across. It will be decorated with more than 50,000 multicoloured LED lights and topped with a 900-pound Swarovski star; after display until 9 January, it will be turned into lumber for Habitat for Humanity.
