Ron Perlman and Daniel Stisen have joined the cast of Angels In Darkness, a neo-noir fantasy thriller that already stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and is directed by Ali Zamani. The casting announcement, reported exclusively by Deadline, marks the latest addition to an evolving ensemble for the independently produced feature, which is being distributed in the United States and Canada by Uncorked Entertainment.

The film follows a troubled private investigator who uncovers a secret cult's plan to unleash an ancient force as the boundary between worlds begins to collapse. It is produced by Zeus Zamani and April Kelley, with a supporting cast that includes James Oliver Wheatley, Robert Goodman, Agathe Levi and Sam Nejad. Director Zamani and Gooding Jr. have collaborated before on Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace, and the director said the project blends grounded noir with supernatural stakes.
