Ronald registered THE ISLEY BROTHERS trademark solely in his name in August 2022, despite Rudolph’s 2023 lawsuit alleging the brothers jointly owned it and seeking half of related proceeds. The dismissal records no payment or ownership arrangement, and Ronald’s registration remains unchanged in his name; each side will cover its own legal costs.
