## Key points

- Diablo IV rumoured for Switch 2 release in September 2026
- Report claims $69.99 price and a code-in-a-box physical version
- Follows earlier Indonesian and Taiwanese ratings board leaks

## Summary

A new rumour suggests Blizzard's action-RPG Diablo IV is heading to the Nintendo Switch 2 in the near future, according to an "exclusive" report from Dealabs leaker billbil-kun. This follows earlier hints from ratings that surfaced on Indonesian and Taiwanese classification boards, adding weight to speculation about a port to Nintendo's new console, though Activision Blizzard itself has not commented.

The report claims the Switch 2 version will launch in the second half of September 2026, priced at $69.99, with a physical edition also planned, though likely as a "code in a box" rather than a full game card. It remains unclear whether the Lord of Hatred DLC will be included at launch. Diablo III and its expansion previously came to the original Switch, making a sequel port plausible as Blizzard marks Diablo's 30th anniversary this year.
