Ryan De Nino, who appeared on the second season of the reality programme Married at First Sight, has died aged 40. His sister, Melissa, announced his death in a Facebook tribute, remembering his humour, loyalty and “huge heart”; no cause of death has been disclosed.

De Nino joined the FYI series in 2015, when he was matched with receptionist Jessica Castro and married her at their first meeting. The pair chose to remain together on Decision Day but later divorced.
