Sebastian Stan Confirms He Will Play Harvey Dent in The Batman: Part II
Sebastian Stan has confirmed he will play Harvey Dent in Matt Reeves' The Batman: Part II, marking his debut in the DC Universe. The revelation came almost incidentally, during a French interview in which he was actually being asked about the secrecy surrounding Avengers: Doomsday, underlining how tightly studios are now guarding plot details for major franchise instalments.
Harvey Dent is Gotham's district attorney who transforms into the villain Two-Face after being disfigured. Stan joins a returning cast including Robert Pattinson as Batman, Andy Serkis as Alfred, Jeffrey Wright as Gordon and Colin Farrell as the Penguin, with other new DCU additions such as Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance and Brian Tyree Henry still in unconfirmed roles; the film is set for release on 18th February 2028, while Stan first returns as Bucky Barnes in Avengers: Doomsday this December.
