Police in south-west England seized several supercars after a convoy travelling to a wedding celebration was reported for dangerous driving on the M4 and M5. Avon and Somerset Police said the drivers' behaviour endangered other road users, warning that motorways are "not the place for a rolling supercar showcase" despite understanding the group was en route to a friend's wedding.

The convoy included a Lamborghini, a convertible Audi and a 4×4 Mercedes. The force's Roads Policing Unit said officers received multiple calls reporting the high-performance vehicles being driven dangerously, before locating the convoy and seizing a number of the cars, with drivers reported for offences. Police said enquiries were continuing to identify any other vehicles involved, and urged people to "enjoy the cars, enjoy the wedding" without endangering others on the journey.
