## Summary

A video circulating on social media shows at least eight people wearing Ku Klux Klan-style robes walking through an El Paso neighbourhood and repeatedly shouting a racial slur. The incident has prompted condemnation from local officials and community leaders, while police review whether the group broke any laws.

The footage’s date is unclear, but it began circulating on Sunday; the group reportedly included young people and was heading to a Halloween party. Police said disorderly conduct and other offences may apply, and Chief Peter Pacillas said the KKK’s symbols and language carry a history of racial terror. No identities have been released, and police reported no further updates on Wednesday.
