Two major UK music festivals have announced their 2027 lineups, with Slam Dunk and ArcTanGent revealing headline acts and additional performers for the coming year. These announcements come as both festivals look to build momentum, with ArcTanGent marking its first year at a new location in the Cotswolds, signalling a significant milestone for the event's future.

Slam Dunk will take place on 29-30 May 2027 across two locations—Leeds Temple Newsam and Hatfield Park—and will feature pop-punk and alternative acts including Bowling For Soup, Killswitch Engage, Simple Plan, Sleeping With Sirens, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake and Beartooth, among others. Pre-sale tickets begin on 2 October through the Slam Dunk app, with general sale starting 5 October. ArcTanGent's 18-21 August event at its Cotswolds venue will headline with metal and progressive rock acts Neurosis and Blood Incantation, alongside confirmed performers including Slift, The Ocean, Messa, Conjurer and The Wildhearts, with further announcements expected and ticket details available on the festival website.
