See-Saw Films, the production company behind "Slow Horses", has appointed Ben Irving as Joint Managing Director alongside Simon Gillis, following the departure of long-serving executive Helen Gregory after five years. Irving joins from Fifth Season, where he was Creative Director, International Scripted, and brings extensive UK drama credentials, including a stint as Acting Director of Drama at the BBC. The move comes as Mediawan-owned See-Saw looks to expand its UK creative division further.

Irving previously oversaw BBC primetime output and executive produced titles including "His Dark Materials", "Industry" and "Doctor Who", having earlier worked at Heyday Films on projects such as "Gravity" and the "Paddington" films. Gregory, who is credited with pivotal contributions to "Slow Horses", "Heartstopper" and "Sweetpea" as well as See-Saw's 2025 sale to Mediawan, has not yet announced her next move. See-Saw's upcoming slate includes "Tenzing" for Apple, "Grown Ups" for Netflix and further seasons of "Slow Horses" and "Sweetpea".
