- Andy Frisella argued that culture shapes a country’s strength.
- Cunningham says her views do not fit neatly on one side.

## Summary

Sophie Cunningham reshared a message urging people to focus on personal responsibility and self-improvement after Democrats won control of both chambers of Congress in the midterm elections. The Indiana Fever guard’s post argued that a country’s strength reflects the character and habits of its people, and that changing political leaders alone cannot transform society.

The message, written by entrepreneur Andy Frisella, called personal excellence an “Ultimate Rebellion” and encouraged people to become stronger, healthier, better informed and more self-reliant. Cunningham has generally avoided detailing her politics, saying she agrees with some views on both sides; she has also spoken about wanting to protect women and girls in sport.
