Chris Pine's complete Star Trek reboot trilogy is now streaming together on Peacock, with all three films added to the service in September to coincide with the franchise's 60th anniversary and Star Trek Day. The trilogy comprises J.J. Abrams' 2009 reboot, Star Trek Into Darkness, and Star Trek Beyond, which followed Kirk's unconventional ascent through the Federation ranks via an alternate timeline created by a time-travelling Romulan.

The trilogy features an ensemble cast led by Pine as Kirk alongside Zachary Quinto as Spock, Zoe Saldaña as Uhura, Karl Urban as McCoy, Simon Pegg as Scott, John Cho as Sulu, and the late Anton Yelchin as Chekov, with Benedict Cumberbatch and Idris Elba joining as villains in subsequent entries. The films were both critically and commercially successful: the original earned 94% on Rotten Tomatoes whilst the sequels achieved "Fresh" status, and the trilogy collectively grossed approximately $1.2 billion worldwide, with individual revenues of roughly £386 million, £467 million, and £344 million respectively.
