Genesis last toured in 2021 and 2022 with Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford, while Collins performed seated because of ongoing health issues. Hackett, who left Genesis in 1977, has continued to perform the group’s earlier material as a solo artist and has often expressed pride in that era of the band.
