Stevie Nicks shared a poem she wrote before the US midterm elections, saying she believed the results would bring the change she hoped for. Her post reflects on violence, hunger and political chaos, but ends with an image of hope and light.

The article says Democrats won total control of Congress, and Nicks was among several musicians who spoke out around the election. Tinashe urged fans to vote, while Bruce Springsteen backed Abdul El-Sayed, who became the first Muslim senator in US history. Nicks is also due to appear in a fully authorised Fleetwood Mac documentary in January 2027, marking 50 years since the release of *Rumours*.
