## Summary

A stolen car crashed through the front door of a home in Simpsonville, South Carolina, after its driver fled from deputies. Two teenagers were arrested, and no injuries were reported; the incident highlights the danger a fleeing vehicle can pose to residents and neighbours.

Deputies said they tried to stop the car at about 2.30pm on 15 October but did not pursue it before it crashed on Renwood Road. The 15- and 16-year-olds were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. A passenger was quickly detained, while deputies used K9 teams and a drone to search for the driver; neighbours said the crash damaged the home, which was empty at the time.
