## Key points

- Waterhouse says she'd embrace "nepo-babying" her daughter into showbiz
- She now turns down work more to prioritise family time
- Pattinson says fatherhood has brought him patience and "normie" routines

## Summary

Suki Waterhouse has said she would happily use her Hollywood connections to help her two-year-old daughter with Robert Pattinson pursue a career in acting or music, should she choose to do so later in life. Speaking to Nylon, the singer and actress laughed off concerns about "nepo-babying", embracing the idea rather than shying away from it, and joking that she probably shouldn't have admitted as much. The remark underlines how the couple, both established performers, are already fielding questions about their daughter's potential future in the industry despite her still being a toddler.

Waterhouse, known for Daisy Jones & The Six and her newly released third album, Loveland, also discussed how becoming a mother in 2024 has reshaped her priorities, saying she now turns down work more often to protect family time, whereas she previously would drop everything for a job. Pattinson, whose credits span the Twilight saga to The Batman, Mickey 17 and Primetime, has separately spoken about fatherhood giving him newfound patience and drawing him into "normie" conversations about schools and daycares, joking that it has even changed his choice of clothing.
