God Of War — the side project uniting They Are Gutting A Body Of Water's Doug Dulgarian with Hooky members Scott Turner and Sam Silbert — have announced their second album, Molly Picture. The record follows their 2023 debut Serotonin and arrives in a month, with two tracks, "Mickey Don't Pose" and "New Deal", already streaming.

According to the write-up, "Mickey Don't Pose" is poppier and more guitar-driven than the debut, while "New Deal" is also guitar-forward before giving way to synths and a trip-hop feel. The nine-track album is due out on 7 August via Julia's War and is available to pre-order, with a tracklist that includes "Some Prank", "Defeater", "Lindas" and "Mischief Night".
