This marks a notable resurgence for a completed show, underscoring how Sheridan's storytelling continues to draw audiences long after new episodes stop, and reflects his broader dominance across the streamer's slate of dramas.

Yellowstone, led by Kevin Costner, ended in December 2024 following both a natural narrative conclusion and reported behind-the-scenes tensions, having built its audience gradually to become the most-watched show on cable television. Sheridan has since created close to a dozen further series for Paramount+, including the recently concluded first season of Dutton Ranch, but viewer appetite for the original show's "slow-burn" style appears undiminished, helped by its large back catalogue of rewatchable episodes now available on the platform.
