The United States rallied from a three-point deficit to beat the International team 17–13 at the Presidents Cup, winning nine of the 12 singles matches on Sunday. It was the first time the US had trailed at home before the final session; the comeback preserved its record of winning every Presidents Cup held on American soil.

Captain Brandt Snedeker thanked President Donald Trump, the event’s honorary chairman, saying Trump had promised to bring energy to the crowd and would get credit if the team won. Trump briefly addressed spectators before play, while Jacob Bridgeman secured the winning point with a par on the 18th. Cameron Young and Justin Thomas won early matches, and Collin Morikawa earned a crucial point by beating Hideki Matsuyama 1 up; International players Tom Kim and Sungjae Im also won their matches.
