## Summary

This Daily Mail article reports on the arrest of the former partner of a woman named Jana Armstrong in Toowoomba, with police footage capturing the moment officers detained him in what the headline describes as a "dingy room". The man has been charged with murder, making this a significant development in what appears to be a homicide investigation in the Australian region.

Beyond the headline and standfirst, the supplied text contains no substantive detail about the case — no account of the victim, the circumstances of the alleged killing, the suspect's identity, or the police operation itself. The remainder of the material consists almost entirely of unrelated Daily Mail homepage links and headlines covering World Cup football, the murder of Ann Widdecombe, Middle East tensions and celebrity news, none of which pertains to the Armstrong story.
