## Key points

- Roseanne Barr is asking $1.37 million for her West Hills home.
- She bought the three-bedroom property for $1.3 million in 2021.
- Barr moved to Texas and says she no longer uses the California house.

## Summary

Roseanne Barr has listed her West Hills, California, holiday home for $1.37 million, after moving to Texas about three years ago and saying she no longer uses the property. The sale follows a recent post in which she criticised California Democrats and urged voters to support Ken Paxton in Texas’s Senate race; Democrat James Talarico won that contest.

The three-bedroom, two-bath ranch house was built in 1964 and has canyon views, a pool and a covered patio. Barr bought it for $1.3 million in 2021, during the pandemic, as a weekend retreat. She still owns other California properties and lives on a 30-acre estate near Austin with family, where she has completed a new scripted television comedy.
