Amazon has opened preorders for the first graphic novel adaptation of "Fourth Wing", the bestselling romantasy novel by Rebecca Yarros, with a release date of 6 April 2027. The listing confirms the volume will run to 256 pages and cover chapters 1–22 of the original book, though no cover artwork has yet been revealed. The adaptation is notable as author Rebecca Yarros is writing it herself, and she has already completed the script for a second volume, suggesting the graphic novel line will continue for some time.

The book will launch simultaneously in hardcover, paperback and Kindle formats, alongside a pricier "Deluxe Signed Edition", and is illustrated by Anabel Rossi, known for fan art including House of the Dragon. Yarros's involvement in scripting the adaptation may further delay the long-awaited fourth novel in the main series, with speculation pointing to an early 2027 release at best. In the meantime, a new instalment called "Threshing Day", featuring 13 short stories about fan-favourite characters, is due on 29 September 2026, and Amazon's television adaptation remains in development under Michael B. Jordan's Outlier Society.
