Michael Mann's 1995 crime thriller "Heat", widely regarded as one of the finest films in the genre, is set to become available to stream for free on Plex from 1 September 2026. "Heat" follows a Los Angeles detective's pursuit of a career criminal and stars Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in career-best performances, supported by Diane Venora, Natalie Portman, Amy Brenneman and Val Kilmer.
