## Summary

The 29-song soundtrack for *The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping* is set for release on 13 November, with Ella Langley, Tyler Childers, Stevie Nicks and The Smashing Pumpkins among its contributors. Executive producer Dave Cobb says he and the team assembled artists they wanted to work with and shaped the album around the film’s varied emotions.

Other contributors include Noah Kahan, Kacey Musgraves, The Cure, Noah Cyrus, Gigi Perez, Madeline Edwards and Carter Faith. The film opens in cinemas on 20 November and follows 16-year-old Haymitch Abernathy as he enters the 50th Hunger Games, 24 years before the original trilogy; Cobb says some musicians drew inspiration from the franchise’s characters and world.
