## Key points

- Katie’s investigation puts her back in danger.
- Her history with Reece shapes her bond with Raife.
- Wu says she would consider playing Katie again.

## Summary

Constance Wu says Katie Buranek’s past work with James Reece shapes her uneasy trust in Raife Hastings in Season 2 of The Terminal List. Her renewed investigation puts her in danger, while showing how the story about Reece has brought her both greater journalistic access and lasting personal ties.

Wu describes Katie as determined to uncover the truth, with setbacks making her more persistent. She says Tom Hopper brought a darker, weightier presence to the role of Raife, and that Katie has reason both to avoid Reece and to care about him. Wu also says she would be interested in returning to the character, though the article provides no firm details about a future appearance.
