Tiny Habits Against the World
Tiny Habits, the harmony-focused folk-pop trio formed by Cinya Khan, Judah Mayowa and Maya Rae at Berklee College during the Covid era, have released their second album, Keepers. The record marks a more assured and personal phase for the group, moving beyond the romantic wistfulness of their debut to explore desire, guilt, doubt, anger, freedom and bittersweet joy.
The band first gained attention through online videos of close harmonies recorded in dormitories and stairwells, attracting praise from figures including David Crosby and Elton John. Their 2024 debut, All For Something, led to support slots with Gracie Abrams, James Taylor, Sarah McLachlan and Noah Kahan, as well as collaborations with Kacey Musgraves, Holly Humberstone, JP Saxe, Lizzy McAlpine and Joe Jonas. Keepers contains 12 tracks, with the trio saying its production is sharper and its songs tell their own stories more directly.
