## Summary

KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer and German metal singer Doro Pesch joined tribute act KISS FOREVER BAND on stage in Düsseldorf for the official “50 Years Of Kiss In Germany” fan celebration. They performed KISS classics, bringing current and former collaborators into a tribute to the band’s history.

Thayer joined KISS in 2003, replacing Ace Frehley, and has said he faced pressure from fans at first but grew more comfortable in the role. By 2018, he had spent longer in KISS than Frehley, and he has described himself as a team player who helped hold the band together.
