Turnstile have released NEVER ENOUGH: VERSIONS, a 22-track reimagining of their Grammy-winning 2025 album NEVER ENOUGH, ahead of the band’s forthcoming North American tour. The project brings together artists from rock, pop, electronic music and death metal, showing how the original songs can be reshaped across markedly different styles.
The original album had 13 tracks, with several receiving more than one reinterpretation: “BIRDS” has versions by Slayyyter and Dying Fetus, while Elton John supplies the only new take on “Seein’ Stars”. Other contributors include Hayley Williams, Blood Orange, Panda Bear, Four Tet, Alex G, Oklou, Julien Baker and Mustafa; the tour runs from Milwaukee on 9 September to Santa Ana, California, on 18 October.

Turnstile are an American band whose music draws on hardcore punk, a fast and forceful style that developed from punk rock, while also using elements of rock, pop and electronic music. Their 2025 album NEVER ENOUGH won a Grammy Award and introduced the group to a wider audience.
The new release revisits the songs from that album through contributions by other musicians, rather than presenting a separate set of new Turnstile songs. The guests come from very different musical backgrounds, including Elton John, pop singer Hayley Williams and Dying Fetus, a death metal band known for a much heavier sound.
Such collaborative versions can give a song a different arrangement, sound or mood while retaining parts of the original composition. The project arrives as Turnstile prepare for a North American tour, which is a series of live dates across the United States.
