## Summary

CBS sitcom *Eternally Yours* follows a vampire couple trying to repair their relationship after 500 years of marriage, while their expanding coven adds complications. Its creators are building a flexible vampire world, drawing on familiar conventions while leaving room for rules that serve the stories.

At New York Comic Con, actor Parker Young said he wants his character Jesse to become a Blade-like vampire hunter who uses swords against evil vampires. The pilot establishes that the characters can go outside, echoing *Twilight*, while creator Joe Wiseman said the writing team avoids setting rules until the plot needs them. The series airs on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
