Actor Kellan Lutz, best known for playing Emmett Cullen in the "Twilight" film series, has revealed he left California for Tennessee three years ago, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking on Michael Rosenbaum's podcast "Inside of You," Lutz explained that despite still loving California, changing circumstances prompted him and his family to relocate east, joining a growing number of celebrities who have made similar moves out of the state in recent years.

In Tennessee, Lutz has embraced a different lifestyle, acquiring land and taking part in Bible studies as part of his new routine. His comments echo those of other stars, such as Dennis Quaid, who has also spoken of leaving Los Angeles for Nashville, citing frustrations among residents over high taxes, declining public services and the impact of destructive wildfires in California.
