Twisted Sister have played their first show with Sebastian Bach as frontman, marking a significant transition for the veteran hard rock band following Dee Snider's resignation due to health issues. The gig took place on 28 August at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey, under the guise of "Bent Brother," an alter ego the band has previously used for secret performances, and reportedly saw Bach deliver rougher, harsher vocals suited to the band's savage sound, with the group sounding tighter than in their earlier years.

The 17-song set drew heavily on Twisted Sister's early catalogue, including "We're Not Gonna Take It," "I Wanna Rock" and "Under the Blade," and also featured two Skid Row covers reflecting Bach's own history as that band's former singer. Snider gave his blessing for Bach to take over frontman duties, and Twisted Sister are now preparing for a tour beginning 4 September, with support from Rockett Mania, a Poison tribute act led by Rikki Rockett.
