Twisted Teens set second 2026 album Florida Water Blues for July release
New Orleans duo Twisted Teens, made up of Caspian Hollywell and RJ Santos, have announced their new album Florida Water Blues, due for release on 10 July via Going Underground. It is their second record of 2026, following February's Blame the Clown, and their third full-length overall. The title track and its Jack Massuci-directed video are out now, giving fans a first taste of the release.
The 13-track album arrives as the band continue a busy touring schedule, with summer dates already under way and an extensive autumn run to follow. Those autumn shows include support slots with the Breeders and with Kurt Vile & the Violators across North America. Hollywell offered a characteristically offbeat description of the group's sound, calling it "punk inflected country music, or country inflected punk music" and likening the band to the Kinks, the Rolling Stones and the Buzzcocks.
