## Summary

Wales have made two changes for their final match at their debut Rugby League World Cup, facing reigning champions Australia on Sunday. The team have lost both Pool A games, and head coach Tom Brindle has named Ffion Lewis at stand-off and Carys Marsh at hooker as they take on the tournament’s strongest side.

Lewis replaces Amberley Ruck, while Marsh moves into the starting line-up from the bench. Hooker Jasmine Gibbons is unavailable after failing a head injury assessment following the Samoa match; Lucia Davies could make her first tournament appearance, and Dani McGifford returns as the 18th player. Wales have conceded 146 points in two matches, while Australia have scored 118 without conceding and are seeking a fourth consecutive title.
